While visiting in New Orleans you will need a place to stay. There are a lot of hotels in New Orleans to choose from. I would suggest a French Quarter hotel but again there are a lot of hotels in the French Quarter to choose from. If you would like to stay at a locally owned “New Orleans hotel in the French Quarter” then I would recommend any of the following three hotels.
The Place d' Armes Hotel: Located on St. Anne Street right next to Jackson Square the Place d’ Armes hotel is just a short walk from Café Du Monde and the French Market.
The Hotel St. Marie: Located on Toulouse Street just ½ block from Bourbon Street the Hotel St Marie is right in the heart of the French Quarter.
The Prince Conti Hotel: Located on Conti Street and also just ½ block from Bourbon Street the Prince Conti Hotel is easy walking distance to French Quarter attractions and Canal Street shopping as well.
