The Basin St Station Welcome Center should be your first stop when you arrive in New Orleans. Located just outside the French Quarter at 501 Basin St., the Basin St Station is not just a New Orleans Visitor Center but a Visito Information and Cultural Center wrapped up in one. Ride a Streetcar
There are three different lines:
St. Charles Linewith stops at Lee Circle(Musem District), Garden Distric, and Riverbend Area. Canal Street Line with stops in the CBD, Mid City, and City Park. Riverfront Line with stops at the French Market, Aquarium, and Algiers/Gretna Ferry. more
